Dr. Feras Al Halabi completed an Honours Bachelor of Science in Immunology from McGill University in Montreal. He then attained his Doctor of Dental Medicine at McGill University in 2013. Following his love for surgery he went on to pursue post-graduate internship training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the Montreal General Hospital. This is where Dr. Al Halabi gained knowledge, skill and the intricacies of minor oral surgical procedures with a broad scope, including dental and wisdom tooth extractions, dental implant placement and biopsies.

After graduating from dental school Dr. Al Halabi chose to practice in Northern Quebec with the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay as a locum dentist. Due to the high volume of patients in such rural setting he has the responsibility of treating a variety of dental infections and trauma in addition to performing numerous basic oral surgery procedures. Dr Al Halabi has been involved in undergraduate teaching at McGill University’s Faculty of Dentistry since graduation.

Dr Al Halabi is proud to be a part of the clinical instruction team for dental students in the clinical years of training at McGill University. Dr. Al Halabi is a general dentist who's practice mainly focuses on oral surgical procedures such as the extraction of wisdom teeth and the placement of dental Implants.

Dr Al Halabi’s certification in oral sedation enable him to offer his patients the option of sedation during surgical procedures. Dr. Al Halabi is an active member of the Association des chirurgiens dentistes du Québec (ACDQ), the Canadian Dental Association (CDA) and American Dental Association (ADA).
